Alloway June TV Show Available Online, on Comcast On Demand

HARRISBURG – Sen. Richard Alloway II's (R-33) June 2010 TV program is now available online and on Comcast's On Demand feature for cable subscribers.

The June 2010 edition of the Alloway Report featured Adams County's three wineries. Alloway visited Reid's Orchard and Winery in Orrtanna, Hauser Estate Winery in Biglerville and Adams County Winery in Orrtanna to learn more about the winemaking process.

"All three of these wineries are small, family-owned businesses that demonstrate the character and work ethic of the region," said Alloway. "I would encourage district residents to visit these local wineries to sample local products and support small businesses."

All three wineries are part of the Gettysburg Wine and Fruit Trail, a group of 10 local family businesses that operate in Adams County.

The Alloway Report is available online at www.senatoralloway.com on the Audio/Video/TV page. It is also available under the Get Local heading on Comcast On Demand. Cable subscribers can view the show through On Demand by accessing the Get Local heading, followed by selecting Local Government, State Senate and Alloway Report.
