Alloway Announces Funding for Route 11 Bridge Project

HARRISBURG – Senator Richard Alloway II (R-33) today announced funding to preserve the Route 11 bridge over Interstate 81 in Antrim Township.

"Route 11 is one of the most vital roadways in Franklin County, and I am thankful that the state will be able to fund this project to preserve an integral part of our transportation infrastructure," Alloway said. "In addition to the transportation benefits, this project will also help to put more local residents to work, and I am pleased that we will see some of the economic benefits of this project in our area."

Alloway said that the $851,000 project will be funded by the federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
