December 15, 2009 - Senator Alloway introduces Secretary of
Agriculture nominee Russell Redding at a hearing of the Senate Agriculture and
Rural Affairs Committee. The committee voted unanimously to send his nomination
to the Senate floor with a favorable recommendation, and he was confirmed by the
Senate the next day.
